🌿 From Herb Pot to Plate 🍅

Today’s lunch tasted a little bit like achievement.

The basil on my avocado toast wasn’t bought from a supermarket shelf — it was picked fresh from my own herb garden just moments before lunch.

Paired with tomatoes and avocado, it was simple, fresh, and delicious.

My little herb garden is starting to find its rhythm.

The basil is thriving, the coriander is growing well, and my tomato plant has produced its very first flower.

No tomatoes yet, but hopefully they won’t be too far away.

Tonight’s dinner is homemade Bolognese with fresh coriander picked from the garden.

Every time I walk out onto the decking, the scent of the herbs fills the air. It’s one of those small everyday moments that makes me stop and smile.
