A Little Garden, A Lot of Joy

Living in a static caravan means I don’t have a large garden, but over time I’ve discovered that even the smallest outdoor space can bring so much pleasure.

This summer, my decking is filled with colour and life.

My lavender is blooming beautifully, the olive tree continues to remind me of my dream of Italy, and the flowers add a cheerful splash of colour outside my door.

One of my favourite things at this time of year is watching last year’s plants return.

Some of the herbs I planted previously are beginning to reappear, a gentle reminder that growth often happens quietly in the background. My garden may be small, but it has become a place to slow down, enjoy a morning coffee, and appreciate the changing seasons. It’s proof that you don’t need a huge garden to create a space that feels peaceful and welcoming.Over the coming months, I hope to add more herbs and continue creating a little corner that blends my love of gardening, home, and dreams of Italy.Do you garden in a small space? I’d love to hear what’s growing where you are.
