About Us
From House to Home – A Cozy Caravan Life
Back in September 2021, I bought our static caravan with one big dream in mind — to downsize, simplify, and one day move there permanently once the boys had flown the nest.
Fast forward to August 2022: the house was sold, the boys had moved out, and I took the leap.
Life in the static has brought exactly what I hoped for — and more.
✨ Cozy living
✨ A lighter, simpler life
✨ Lower costs (which definitely helps in today’s world)
✨ A lovely sense of community
✨ Entertainment on site
✨ A pool just a stroll away
And the best part?
With the house sold and life pared back, there’s money going straight into the Italy fund — our future dream slowly turning into a reality.
Turns out, a little less really can give you so much more 💛

About Me
I sing for the joy of it (mostly to my pets!),
And I spend as much time as I can outdoors, pottering in my decking with my plants (Olive tree for Italy and a Lavender for Scotland) or planning my next adventure.
Right now, I’m learning Italian as part of a slow and hopeful dream to one day move to Italy.
This year, I’ll be visiting Rome again, and I can’t wait to soak in its stories, sounds, and soul.
